UPS Ground and Truck Shipping:

We offer the following shipping options:
UPS Ground for orders under 500 pounds. You will be notified before your order is shipped what the UPS charges will be.
Common Carrier Truck for orders of 500 or more pounds. You will be notified before your order is shipped what the freight charges will be. See link below for directions on how to accept a truck delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Frequently the UPS shipping of small amounts of clay will cost more in UPS fees than the price of the clay.

Your shipping fee will not appear on your checkout statement. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY E-MAIL WHAT YOUR SHIPPING WILL COST BEFORE WE SHIP. We can't ship until these fees are paid. Please monitor your e-mail account for our notification of shipping charges and shipment notifications.
